The front fork spring is too soft for you and the damping rates will also be too soft.  Dive will also be a problem because of the damping rates and you will need to revalve, both compression and rebound, with either our revalve and modifications or our 20SSK kit.  Both forks will need to be serviced and the damping adjusted in the only fork that has damping. We can then spring and set-up the suspension for sports/rideday applications, give you excellent dive and corner turn-in as well as remove harshness and improve traction feel.

The rear shock, while a basic unit, can be revalved and re-sprung to suit your weight.  The spring is too hard.  This will give the bike balance, front to rear, improve drive out of corners and, of course, stop wallowing.
